DESCRIPTION
This project is another major piece of the 21st Century Waterfront Development plan for downtown Chattanooga. It has an added 25,000 square feet of new space and 20,000 square feet of renovation of existing space. Some of the new features at the Hunter are temporary exhibit galleries, an auditorium, a gift shop and a café. March Adams provided all of the highly specialized mechanical, electrical and civil engineering as well as fire protection.

IMAX

IMAX Center

DESCRIPTION
March Adams provided engineering design for the IMAX Theater/Office Complex in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This 60,000 square foot facility consist of a theater, exhibit area, learning center, Great Hall and 3-story office complex. Each area required a unique design approach to insure the facility could share common support systems. The engineering team was required to address complex acoustical and interior environmental requirements in addition to the typical concerns associated with a “mixed-use” facility.

Renaissance-CenterThe Renaissance Center

DESCRIPTION
March Adams & Associates provided full engineering services for the design of this 100,000 square foot center located in Dickson, Tennessee. The center is an educational and multi-media facility including an audio/video production studio, a science theater, computer labs, and a performance hall.
