Westbrook holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has more than thirty years of commercial and industrial experience in planning, design, installation, and commissioning mechanical systems. Westbrook’s industrial experience includes designing of HVAC systems and design of plant and process systems, and his commercial experience includes all aspects of plumbing and fire protection and proficiency in HVAC systems that include VAV, VVT, hydronics, energy recovery, and application of economizer cycle air conditioning.

He serves as President, Principal, and Mechanical Department Head and is a licensed professional engineer in ten states. 

Westbrook is a member of ASME, ASHRAE, Society of Fire Protection Engineers, and a LEED accredited professional.  Westbrook is active in his community, including 16 years of service to the Upward Basketball program at Hixson United Methodist Church, with 11 of those years as Director of the program.

Traylor is an electrical designer with more than twenty years of experience in electrical design. His experience includes fire alarm systems, lighting and controls, power systems, communications systems and emergency power systems.  Traylor is also experienced as a draftsman and Autocad Operator. His designs have included renovations and expansions of buildings on college campuses, government sectors, apartments, libraries, and assisted living facilities.  

Traylor has provided his skilled designs for numerous projects at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, including renovations to Grote Hall, several expansions of Central Energy Plant, the design of electrical systems for Library Building and the design of electrical systems for Wellness Center/Natatorium Building. He has also provided electrical design for several projects for TVA.

He is a member of the American Society for Civil Engineers, Storm Water Management for Engineers & Planners.  Parks is active in his community serving on the Board of Deacons & as Youth Director at Red Bank Presbyterian Church. He also serves as a Board Member of the Sequatchie Youth Soccer Association.

McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and has more than thirty years of experience in industrial and heavy commercial HVAC design. He has experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and support services. McKenzie’s experience in heavy commercial and industrial HVAC design includes air washer design, heat recovery system design, hazardous area ventilation, and conditioning systems, laboratory hoods, humidity and analysis, and control systems.

He currently serves as Principal and oversees Special Projects and is a licensed professional engineer in nineteen states and LEED Accredited Professional.

McKenzie is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air Conditioning, the National Society of Profession Engineers, Committee Member of US Green, has served as ASHRAE President of the Tennessee Valley Chapter.

Hutcherson holds a Bachelor of   Science in Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has more than fifteen years of experience in site civil design and site planning.  He designs, manages, and coordinates multiple projects, including road design, parking lot layout, grading, storm water management, utility design, erosion control, and permitting with state and local agencies. Hutcherson’s experience extends across a variety of projects, including award-winning projects. 

He currently serves as Principal, Chief Financial Officer, and Civil Department Head and is a licensed professional engineer in Tennessee.

He is a member of ASCE and the University of Tennessee Civil Engineering advisory Board. Hutcherson is active in the community and is a member of Leadership Chattanooga, Class of 2014.

Horne holds a Bachelor of  Science  in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and has more than twenty-four years of experience in structural and civil engineering design.  His experience covers a multitude of project types to include churches, medical and dental offices, daycare facilities, banks, and office buildings.  Horne also has experience in large industrial projects. He is a certified LEED professional and a licensed professional engineer in twenty-three states.     

Horne is a member of ASCE and the United States Green Building Council and is active in his community by serving as a Trustee at Elizabeth Lee United Methodist Church and a mentor for ACE Member Program for 11 years.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for ACE as President.

Project designs include major retail centers and malls, K-12 educational facilities, colleges and universities, sports arenas and complexes, aquariums, historical renovations, healthcare, office complexes and industrial facilities. Hutcherson’s projects are serving clients across the USA and abroad.

He serves as the company CEO and provides overall firm management and direction as March Adams prepares for the ever-changing needs of our clients.

Hutcherson is very active in the community having served on several universities, sports, and civic boards for more than 25 years.
