Cameron Harbor Townhomes

Chattanooga, TN

March Adams provided engineering design services for this revitalization project for District at Cameron Harbor.  The project included 3 townhome buildings, a new roadway and boat docks along the Riverfront in downtown Chattanooga. Each residential unit is four stories tall with a roof deck overlooking the Tennessee River.

Tru/Home2 Suites Dual Hotel

March Adams has completed the engineering design for numerous Tru/Home2 Suites in various locations across the country, including Georgia, Tennessee, Nebraska, North Carolina, Mississippi, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas, and Alabama. In addition, March Adams has provided engineering design for multiple Dual Flag Hotels with the typical design of 5 stories, 102,000 square feet,175 guestrooms, an indoor pool, flex conference area, and a workout center.

Hilton Garden Inn/Conference Center Edmond, Oklahoma + Lawton Oklahoma

Oklahoma

March Adams provided the engineering design services for Hilton Garden Inn/Conference Center in two locations; Lawton, Oklahoma, and Edmond, Oklahoma.  The facility in Lawton is a 116,000 square foot hotel with 162 rooms/suites, a kitchen, restaurant, bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pool/hot tub, and a pavilion.  The Edmond facility is a six-story, 130,000 square foot building with 158 beds, an indoor swimming pool, spa, workout center, restaurant, and bar. This facility also houses The Edmond Convention Center and Visitors Bureau. Both facilities have meeting spaces that accommodate up to 1,000 people.
